Clemencia M. Johnson Major, Hispanic Studies & Education in Foreign Language (Spanish K-12) Minor, Teaching English as a Second Language

I am a native from Chile and have lived in California for many years before moving to Virginia. I have a wonderful husband and three grown sons. I have always wanted to follow the footsteps of my Kindergarten teacher; therefore, I worked for fifteen years as a Bilingual Teacher Assistant in California and six years as a Special Education Assistant at a Center for Autism in Virginia. I have enjoyed working with a diverse student population who have taught me much, and confirmed once more, that I belonged in a classroom. I am now enjoying my placement at Jamestown High School in Williamsburg and working with a wonderful teacher who teaches AP Spanish, and Spanish IV.
